CSC Contracting
Craig Carrier is a licensed contractor in Rochester doing HVAC, plumbing, decks and remodels. He's on the job all day, so he needed a website that brings in work, and a simple way to keep track of who called and send a proper estimate without office staff.
What I built
One small system: the public site, plus a private dashboard only Craig can log into.
- The website
- Services, past jobs and a way to ask for an estimate, written in his own words. He uploads job photos as they are, and the site resizes them automatically so pages stay fast.
- Spam filtering
- A Cloudflare check stops bots, and a filter catches the scam messages that real people type in by hand. Run against his old inquiries, it caught all 7 scams and none of the 6 real customers.
- The lead inbox
- Every inquiry lands in one list. He marks each one contacted, estimate sent, won or lost, and sees at a glance what needs a call back.
- Estimates
- He starts an estimate from any lead, adds line items, and the system builds the PDF and emails it to the customer. The numbering and his contact details are filled in for him.
- Updating the site himself
- Adding a finished job or changing his About page happens in the same dashboard. No calling a developer to swap a photo.
What it looks like
These are the real screens with made-up customers, used with Craig's permission.

Need something like this for your business?
It doesn't have to be a contractor. Most small businesses have the same handful of problems: where the leads go, how quotes get written, and the spreadsheet holding it all together.
